With pacman v2.9.99.6, if you run 'pacman -Sg' without any arguments, you get a 
segfault, which results in a stale lock file being left around. If you then 
tried to do anything else with pacman, you wouldn't be able to until you 
removed /tmp/pacman.lck

of `/usr/lib/evolution/2.4/components/libevolution-calendar.so' failed with

I've tried rebuilding evolution and evolution-data-server, but that doesn't 
help.

Hi , Also I think I said that befor on IRC but can't remeber now =)) Pacman3 
has a lot of weird error handling.Here a example : I've installed gcc and 
removed "uneeded" locales now on an update you will see : checking package 
integrity... done. ERROR: file usr/share/locale/zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES/gcc.mo does 
not exist ERROR: file usr/share/locale/vi/LC_MESSAGES/cpplib.mo does not exist 
etc ... first off gcc will be installed so this isn't a ERROR but a WARNING. 
Some errors are twice aslo the same error from pacman and the lib* as well ... 
which is annoying .. IHMO the whole error / warnings system should be removed 
from pacman and added to the lib* ( I know it is some work =)) ). Some ERRORS 
are WARNINGS and some should be there only in _debug_ ( like the one in mine 
example ), so there is some _new_ logic needed on how to handle errors / 
warnings in pacman3 , because the error system is now there is really fucked up 
.. crazy

2.6.15 compiles with fglrx-8.19.10-1, modprobe fglrx works, X starts with fglrx 
driver in xorg but after logging out into console the screen is blank and no 
reboot is possible. Even the original ati driver 8.20-8 compiles but produces 
the same error. Loading the radeon driver in xorg does not cause any of thses 
complications. Hope this can be reproduced.

pacman is unable to clear cache. I was typed pacman -Sc, but in 
/var/cache/pacman contains firefox-1.0.7 (i use 1.5) then i was typed pacman 
-Scc and the same :( pacman can't clear cache, but tells me that its done.

Hi, Adsl ( at last local here ) , 2 user reported the same problem with cable 
and dhcpd connetion on IRC, stoped working on boot .. adding sleep 1 to 
rc.hotplug will make it work again .. ( recomanded by vmiklos on IRC ). Also 
I've tested it with adsl and 4 kernel's : fw's one ( normal / debug ) , mm and 
ck. crazy

Hi :) Also I've tryed to reproduce #285 but I can't .. I've noticed on IRC the 
guy with this problem got a " foo exists in foobar (target) and foofoo ( 
target) update error .. Also this one I can reproduce ... Just install remove 
libtunepimp and install trm now to a pacman -Su and you will get : checking 
package integrity... done. removing trm... done. error: failed to commit 
transaction (conflicting files) :: usr/bin/trm: exists in "libtunepimp" 
(target) and "trm" (target) errors occurred, no packages were upgraded. doing a 
pacman -S libtunepimp will solve this .. crazy
