I tried already to boot with options: "clocksource=acpi_pm nohz=off" or "clocksource=acpi_pm notsc" or "notsc" but it did nothing. Adding "acpi=off" to kernel boot options turned my computer off during kernel boot process possibly just about the time when clocksource message shows.
