If I've understood correctly, the problem remains to SDL. The same thing seems to happen with OpenTTD. There is; on the SDL bugtrack, a patch to apply on sdl 1.2.14 that should fix the problem : http://bugzilla.libsdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=894 - I've attached it at the end of. I haven't tested it yet but I'll can later if you want. Have a nice day. One or more files have been attached. Also it would be nice that on the first run (because of the missing of the config file /etc/no-ip2.conf) instead of exiting, the script tells that you have to create the config using the command noip2 -C -c /etc/no-ip2.conf Here is the original file: #!/bin/sh # (c) 2003-2005 Miklos Vajna # Modified by P at siC # rc.noip2 for Frugalware # distributed under GPL License # chkconfig: 2345 44 56 # description: Update ip address of the registered no-ip DNS source /lib/initscripts/functions TEXTDOMAIN=noip2 actions=(restart start stop status) pid="pidof noip2 2> /dev/null" daemon=$"noip2 daemon" [ -f /usr/bin/$BINARY ] || exit 1 [ -f /etc/no-ip2.conf ] || exit 1 rc_start() { start_msg if [ -z "$(eval $pid)" ]; then noip2 -c /etc/no-ip2.conf # > /dev/null ok $? else ok 999 fi } rc_stop() { stop_msg if [ -n "$(eval $pid)" ]; then kill "$(eval $pid)" ok $? else ok 999 fi } More information can be found at the following URL: http://bugs.frugalware.org/task/4327 You are receiving this message because you have requested it from the Flyspray bugtracking system. However, there is no firmware for it. System hangs on broken screen. There is one workaround (in case someone has the same problem and can't find a way to fix it): adding radeon.modeset=0 to the kernel line. For the dev team I would suggest either not enabling kernel modesetting for radeon by default OR adding the needed firmware to the default set. It also has and 20 GB IDE drive as primary master and and CR-RW unit on secondary master. The problem is that when starting the installer I just get a kernel panic. What's interesting though it that every once in a while the installed succeeds for some reason. Attached is a photo of the error. Also when it does boot up the system sometimes freezes. I did test with FW live 0.8 and everything went OK , system booted just fine. When this file is deleted and the wicd daemon is restarted, wicd's daemon and GUI then usually works OK. However when the PC is next rebooted and so wicd restarts, it's usually recreated the invalid configuration file. This is recognised as an upstream bug and has been resolved in the latest release - 1.7.0. Now that I am reporting the bug I can't find the official reference. :( More information can be found at the following URL: http://bugs.frugalware.org/task/4331 You are receiving this message because you have requested it from the Flyspray bugtracking system.
