Hi,

As I feared/expected it, spam landed in pootle suggestion system. As a
concequence I changed the rules in pootle so that anonymous contributors
can't submit suggestions anymore.
Sorry for the annoyance, but it seems to be an evil necessity, until
pootle provide catchapa system.
